OLN: Sounds alot like 1980s wrestling …
OLN’s broadcast of Game 2 of the Cup last night was a disgrace. John Davidson and Mike Emrick should get a big fat bonus for kissing the NHL’s ass. It’s a disgrace: blatant BS calls by the Quaker refs become great calls and reflect the genius of the NHL, according to these ass clowns on the mic. Then later in the game, the unthinkable: John Davidson actually thanks OLN for “caring so much about hockey and the NHL.”
Huh? A new low in sports broadcasting.

You’re supposed to be objective, boys. Two guys that did a better job at hiding blatant plugs while broadcasting: Jesse the Body and Gorilla Monsoon. They could replace these ass clowns in a heartbeat.
I refuse to post any clips from OLN. I’m sticking with CBC clips for the cup finals. How many times is OLN going to show these fugly Carolina bitches in their black spandex? Must have been 20 times last night and in game 1. Give it up: they’re ugly and check your ratings … no one is watching you anyway.
CBC has 45 different cameras covering the game and no time to showcase ugly chicks or kiss the NHL’s ass.
These guys could cover the NHL more objectively.

I realize you aren’t used to seeing good looking women in Philly unless you join the Eagles in peeking through the hole in the locker room wall, but last time I checked, there’s nothing ugly about this:

dude, Bully is on as usual. Let’s get those NFL stippers/cheerleaders from Carolina that were having sex in the bathroom stall, or should I say staal? Now those are cheerleaders. The ones that OLN are showing in Carolina would be treated like book ends in Philly. Philly’s got hot women and enough sense to go find them before they get face time on national TV.

Hahahahaa, yeah tell that to Miller and Morgan and all the other baseball announcers and their ridiculous, tight lipped, down-right comical inability to mention the freakish size of Barry Bonds’ head. Sorry Bully, most network sports announcer are more worried about keeping their jobs and making their mortgage payments than they are about being honest.
But did you by chance see the CBC feed of game 4? Host Ron McLean verbally drilled NHL suit Colin Campbell about the refs refusal to call diving penalties - only 5 called in the playoffs (all offsetting probably). Campbell was scrambling to defend the honor of the NHL. Good for McLean. A rare dispaly of guts from a media-type, while at the same time being fair and having an open mind to Campbell’s answers.
