If you watched the Sabres vs Islanders series, you realize the refs continously screwed the Isles. Ted Nolan said it was easy to see what was going on … the Sabres were getting an undue advantage at every turn.

If you’re watching the Sabres vs Rangers series then you realize that the refs must just be acting on a league mandate to make sure the Sabres win no matter what. (Even know Lindy “Not So” Ruff acts like his team hasn’t gotten a break. Anyone else finding his act old? Pussy.)

So I was thinking why? It all points to Bettman. He rescued the Buffalo franchise from bankruptcy and a Stanley Cup would make hin look like a hero. That’s all it takes.

One problem. Whomever the Sabres face in the finals — if the league can get them to the finals — will likely crush them.

Ruff can’t win a cup. He’s a whiner and a pussy. Nothing against the Buffalo players as I think they have a pretty good team. But I can’t rally around a pussy like Ruff.
