Bully is hearing that Peter Forsberg will sign an NHL contract today with the Flyers.

NOT!

Word is that he is in Colorado and will sign with the Avalanche … today or early Tuesday a.m.

So why the Avs? Bully hears that Peter feels the Avs, who have 3 wins in their last 10 games, is a better bet because of the coaching staff.

He apparently holds the Flyers John Stevens in low regard as far as NHL coaches go. He thinks Stevens is a good guy, just not a good coach.

With this dose of bad news, I’d bet even heavier against the Flyers tonight.
