Couple good hits in the cup finals but largely … a snooze fest so far, though I have to laugh seeing the Penguins coach complaining about the refs. Pretty ungrateful if you ask me. Refs got the Penguins to the cup and at least in Game 1, tried to get them a win with 4 power plays in the opening minutes plus a disallowed goal to boot.

What a culture Penguins hockey has become: a whining bitch fest. You can’t sell hockey like that.

Penguins are cooked. Red Wings may not drop the gloves much but hey, they’re winning and have the Penguins looking pretty silly.

If healthy, Flyers would have given the Red Wings a better run for their money. Looks like the league’s dream of Sid the Kid winning the cup is going to have to wait … a long, long time.
